Q: How can I order your products? |
A: To order products, just follow our four easy registration steps.
Start with clicking on the "Customer Login" button on the homepage.
Simply follow the on screen instructions which will guide you through
the four steps. |

- Choose your Trade
- Enter your User ID and Password
- Order & Pay online
- If you are purchasing belts, tool bags and apparel make sure that
you have your length (height) and waist measured

Q: How do I process the payments? |
A: The payment for your order on our website can be settled in two
ways. |
|
- Online payment: our online payments are processed by Paypal. All
payments are processed through a certified encrypted connection using
SSL (Secure Socket Layer), in order to ensure the safe processing of
your credit card information. You will receive an Order Confirmation by
email/phone.
- Pay at Lee's Tools: You can go to our shop to pay in cash
- Wire Transfer: For large and other types of orders we can arrange
a wire transfer for payment. Please email for details.

Q: How do I know the payment is successful? |
A: The payment will be successful only when you receive the Order
Confirmation by Email. If you did not receive that, please check
"History Order" under "Your Account" and check the order status. If it
is registered, please contact Lee's Tools to ask if they can send the
confirmation again. If it is not registered, then unfortunately you will
have to place the order again. In any case you can always call Lee's
Tools to assist you in the process. |

Q: If I do not want to pay online by credit card, what are my other
options? |
A: You can pay through Lee's Tools store, or by phone. |

Q: Can I return or exchange items? |
A: Of course if you ordered the wrong item or the size is not the
right one then Lee's Tools will help you to get the right item under the
following conditions: - Items is not a special order - Items is
not a import tools ( Import tools are sold AS IS ) - Parts: Items is
not an electrical part - Parts: Items original tags and packaging
have not been removed from parts - Tool Bags and Apparel: Items
should not have been worn/soiled/damaged or laundered. - Tool Bags
and Apparel: Items original tags and packaging have not been removed
from the garment. |

Q: How can I exchange the item if it has been wrongly delivered? |
A: The item that wrongly delivered can be exchanged directly at
Lee's Tools. You should bring the invoice as proof. |
Q: Is it possible to cancel an order? |
A: if something goes wrong anyway then we will assist you to correct
the order. Please make sure to choose the right items before placing the
order. If a wrong order is entered anyway please contact Lee's Tools in
time after you receive the order confirmation. We will be happy to
assist you. |

Q: How can I know I placed my order correct and successful? |
A: When the payment is successful, the Lee's Tools website system
will send a confirmation with Order No, Order Date and Order Details to
your registered E-mail address; if you did not receive the order within
1 hour please contact Lee's Tools. |

Q: What do I do when the ordered items are out of stock? |
A: We are very sorry! Due to unforeseen high demand we occasionally
find ourselves out of stock of a particular item. Please be assured that
we do our best to avoid this situation and will notify you and ship your
purchase as soon as possible. |
